Section 01

General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between sd99 ("we", "our", "platform") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). sd99 is an online casino and betting platform that provides various gaming services for players in Bangladesh.

These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two, the English version shall prevail. However, this Bengali version has been prepared as accurately as possible for the convenience of Bangladeshi members.

By accessing, browsing, or using any service on the sd99 platform, you are giving your full consent to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any game or betting service on sd99, you must be at least 21 years old. This requirement is strictly enforced. This platform is for those aged 21 and above only. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, from the same IP address, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, sd99 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit their balances.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes:

• Full legal name (as per your National ID card)
• Correct date of birth
• Valid email address
• Mobile number
• Current residential address in Bangladesh

Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

2.4 Verification Process

sd99 may conduct an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. You may be asked to submit your National ID card, passport, or other relevant documents. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

Keeping your account secure is entirely your responsibility. Use a strong password and never share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Accounts are strictly personal. Transferring, selling, or renting an account to another person is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, both accounts will be closed.

3.3 Account Closure Request

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, contact us via live chat or at [email protected]. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

sd99 currently supports the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer — Major banks in Bangladesh (e.g., Dutch Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank) and other banks

Deposited funds must come from the account holder's own payment account. Deposits made through a third party are not accepted. If a suspicious transaction is detected, sd99 reserves the right to hold that amount pending investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

Before processing a withdrawal request, sd99 will confirm that:

• Your account verification has been completed
• All applicable wagering requirements have been met
• There is no active investigation or security review
• The withdrawal amount is above the minimum limit of ৳1,000

Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes. However, delays may occur due to verification or other reasons.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

sd99 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳10,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Once a bonus is received, specific wagering requirements must be met before it can be withdrawn. sd99's current wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, excluding the deposit amount). For example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳20,000 before withdrawing.

5.3 Bonus Usage Guidelines

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per account
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after requirements are met
• sd99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• If misuse of any promotional offer is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled

5.4 VIP Program

sd99's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.3% at Silver, 0.5% at Gold, 0.6% at Platinum, and 0.8% at Diamond. Moving to a higher tier comes with additional benefits. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

sd99 is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Any allegations of manipulation or fixing of game results will be investigated.

6.2 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, in cases of technical errors or unclear circumstances, sd99 reserves the right to cancel the bet and return the original amount. For sports betting, sd99's specific policy will apply if an event is postponed or cancelled.

6.3 Gaming Restrictions

Certain games or betting markets may be restricted for specific members. sd99 reserves the right to modify or remove any game or service at any time for technical, regulatory, or other reasons.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sd99 platform:

• Opening or operating an account with false or fabricated information
• Abusing bonuses or promotions (bonus hunting, bonus arbitrage, etc.)
• Using computer software, bots, or automated systems to play games or place bets
• Attempting to hack other members' accounts
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Operating multiple accounts or gaining access to another person's account
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform's systems — any technical issue must be reported immediately to [email protected]
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other members or staff
• Copying or distributing the platform's intellectual property or content without authorization
